Vitality Renewal uses business knowledge and experience coupled with the science and discipline of industrial and organizational psychology to provide business and management consulting to help organizations improve their performance and efficiency. Employing behavioral science relating to the workplace Vitality Renewal applies psychological theories and principles to organizations and individuals. Using these psychological principles Vitality Renewal helps organizations succeed by improving systems, performance, motivation, job satisfaction, workplace health and safety, and employee well-being. Shannon Donovan

Shannon Donovan, MSc started her working life as a sales clerk for a skincare business and soon worked her way up becoming a cosmetics creator, learning chemistry and aromatherapy along the way. After several years of honing her skills as a soapier, she eventually worked her way up to run the very cosmetics company she had started working behind the counter for. Struggling during the great recession she began a successful small business consulting firm helping new and small business owners to find innovative and resourceful ways to thrive through the great recession. In 2009 she left business consulting briefly to become a massage therapist and esthetician starting her own spa and skincare business and using those vocational skills to work her way through USF receiving undergraduate degrees in sociology and psychology. After several years specializing in recruiting, employee engagement, and start-up business ventures Shannon obtained her MSc in Psychology with a focus in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She brings both the knowledge from her educational background coupled with personal experience as an entrepreneur to every consulting project she accepts and understands how important the business owner's dream and vision for their company is in every recommendation she makes.
